VI360 – specialists in brand identity management – is hiring for two new project management roles.

We are looking for someone to join our team in junior/senior level positions, working with experienced brand identity consultants and project managers.

The role would be suitable for someone looking to make their first step within the corporate brand management sector or with some experience of brand development projects, working alongside clients to deliver excellence in brand governance.

Brand Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Working alongside consultants, lead project managers and designers to support our clients as they deliver their brand
  • Client liaison, management and care
  • Deliver visual brand development from design concept to implementation across multiple brand touchpoints
  • Creation and delivery of brand tools, guidelines and training
  • Support international brand assurance programmes
  • Research and exploration of best practice in brand governance
  • Successfully deliver projects from scoping and planning all the way to roll-out, managing deadlines and delivery dates

Experience / attributes for the role:

  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Proactive approach to process and problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident international traveller, embracing cultural diversity and new ways of working
  • Sharp focus on details, quality, and consistency
  • Confidence to support multiple project workstreams
  • Passion for branding and creativity
  • Ability to carry out research and reporting into meaningful and actionable strategic insights
  • Strong knowledge and skills within Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word alongside Outlook and Teams)
  • Languages and knowledge of creative packages for 2D and online design would also be welcome

The role will be centred around our office in London with a flexible working model to include homeworking.
