In 2013 Jones Lang LaSalle took the decision to align global impressions of the brand by changing its name to JLL. Over the next 12 months the LLP rebranded over 200 offices globally. VI360 was engaged by the Global Brand Director to perform an in depth brand audit and use the results to estimate costs and model rollout scenarios.

Having collected the extensive data on the JLL brand, the next phase was to model a variety of rebrand rollout scenarios. Considerations such as priority markets, natural replacement cycles and old and new brand conflicts were worked through with the brand team and key stakeholders.

By presenting accurate data and clearly explaining cost saving options, VI360 supported JLL in making informed strategic decisions on the rollout of the rebrand to reduce cost and protect the quality of the JLL brand impression during the transition.
